Allen is an impressionist oil painter based in Littleton, Colorado. Born in Canoga Park, California, Allen has been passionate about art since childhood, honing his skills in photography, drawing, and oil painting through advanced vocational training. He further refined his craft under Mark Carder of Geneva Fine Arts and Draw Mix Paint.

His talent has earned him numerous accolades, including:
